Earlier this week, our Sensor CDT students presented their latest research findings. They gave talks on a wide range of topics, including overcoming noisy sensor data in fluorescence microscopy, optical sensing in a non-endoscopic capsule, and scaling reactions to picolitre droplets.
These talks were the results of 10 weeks of research in several departments around the university, all around the theme of sensing. In October, the students will develop these topics further into their PhD projects.
