Talks

A series of exciting talks by scientists and engineers from Cambridge University, the University of Berkeley, ETH Zurich and ARM covered a wide range of topics in areas such as microfluidics, ultra low noise sensors for space applications, optical technology, power efficient microcontrollers bio-inspired sensors and computer vision.

It was a great opportunity for the Sensor CDT students and sensor researchers across the University to gain a glimpse of the outstanding research and development in sensor technology, middleware, and sensor applications which is driving academic research and industrial R&D.

Student projects

The first current cohort of Sensor CDT students presented their results from their Sensor Team Challenge - a project on sensors for assisted living of the elderly.
