Sensor PhD Showcase 2017

A showcase of interdisciplinary sensors research

Murray Edwards College
University of Cambridge
19 October 2017

The sensors student showcase is a student led event, which will feature poster presentations and flash talks from students of the Sensor CDTs, other Cambridge and national CDTs, and from the SAOT Photonics graduate school in Erlangen, Germany. Speakers will be selected from submitted abstracts. The conference aims to enhance links across students from different institutions and sensing disciplines.

Do you have an interesting measurement problem? Have you developed a new technology for which you seek end users?  Have you got a technology you seek to commercialise?  Have you made a fundamental discovery that enables or requires a new mode of measurement?  Come along and discuss with expert peers from a range of disciplines and backgrounds.

At the event, local start ups will present their success stories, followed by a drinks reception and an evening of social events to meet other students and explore Cambridge.
